Backing up/Reinstalling OS on a Netbook

Yes I can, I think thats the full installation ISO though.
But... I'm just reading your second tutorial link above again using command prompt. I might be able to create it fingers crossed. Will post back in a bit. I admit I got a bit confused with all this.

It is the full installation ISO.

But I think an installation disc can be used for repair purposes.

Regardless, an installation disc is something everyone should have.

OK well that tutorial isnt going work because eventually you still need the installation DVD.

So to your link in post 15 ...

Thats not going to work either. My version on this netbook is Win 7 starter which is not included on the digital river site. So my product key wont match.

So maybe I cant create a boot USB after all! Unless theres a way of copying the boot files over from my PC?
