Is anyone using a reliable software product for backing up Outlook 2003 folders? Or does everyone just use the Export/Import in Outlook? And if it's just export/import, is there a quick way to back up all the pst folders but still be able to restore just selected folders, if needed?

What do I have? I certainly don't want to have to export each folder individually, one at a time. If I do it at the highest level - Personal Folders - how would I restore any individual PST that lost emails and needs restoring? Wouldn't I have to restore everything (which would be an issue if the backup didn't have all the very latest emails, besides the time involved)?

Sorry I don't understand that. The import points to the top folder "Personal Folders" PST. How do I avoid overlaying folders that their backups are not up to date? Do I just mark "do not import duplicates"? But then it would restore deleted mails from all the folders. I would have to go through every folder to figure what I had deleted but were still in the last export copy I did.
