backing up with macrium#?

hey i want to back up all other programs & files (music, games, docs, etc), and but not the c:drive system disc, how do i do this using macrium free (or windows back up which ever works best)? thanks

You can't back up programs without doing an image backup. When programs are installed, different components are written into different directories and updates are made to the registry files. It's not a simple matter to search and find all this information.

MR provides you a file and directory backup -- that can be used to save music, docs, etc -- but not programs.

If you could post a screenshot of your Disk Management, we could better help on your backup. Be sure and expand the columns so we can read all of the print. You can use your Snipping Tool to post it.
