BACKSPACE and Arrow Keys Do Not Work Windows 7

A new bug has started on 2 of my desktops running on windows 7. After a while, the BACKSPACE and arrow keys are not working anymore in windows 7. After rebooting my computers, the keyboard works fine again, for a while. But the bug shows up again, and I have to restart again.
It is not a faulty functioning keyboard; the same bug shows up on every keyboard that I use, and on several desktops.
I did read all the available forum posts only, but I never did find any working solution.
I think that Microsoft did create on purpose this bug, to force us to migrate to their new OS, windows 10. For anonymity reasons and privacy, I would like to use windows 7 as long as possible.
Help would be greatly appreciated, and I am certainly not the only person confronted with this issue.

Undeliverable but true, I did find out how to resolve it.
It actually is not windows, but a faulty functioning application ; jaws screen reader 18.0. It does not close properly. The application keeps running, after you close it. And then the keyboard malfunctions.
To solve it, simply run windows task manager, and look for jfw.exe under processes and press end process. After closing it properly, keyboard works again.
