Backup Error: "The request is not supported (0x80070032)"

When I had only a single Vertex SSD I was able to setup and perform backups without a problem to my 1TB D: drive. Now that I've added another Vertex and created a RAID0 (240GB total) I get the above error when trying to setup a new backup of the RAID0 C: drive. I CAN perform a "create system image" without any error message, but I'd like the capability to restore only files if someone can offer a solution.
