When i go into control panel and want to delete backup old files to create space all i see is the dates etc., of the files. Is there a way to see what the content of the files is. e.g. pictures or other to identify what i`m deleting ??:D

You have to dig around a bit. If you press the "Restore my Files" button on the Backup & Restore dialogue you can browse the backups. By default it shows the latest backup but if you press the "Chose s different date" link you can select an earlier backup set.
