Solved Startup Folder Problem

Okay, I have a number of various files and folders with shortcuts in my Startup Folder that automatically load upon Restarting the machine.

All of this works just as it should; all the various Folders, Files, and Programs open up and are readyfor action upon a machine Restart.

When I press the "Windows" Key to access the Start Menu and scroll down to the "Startup" Folder, all of my contents are right there.

However, when I Open the Startup Folder to edit it's contents, maybe add or delete items/shortcuts, no matter how I navigate to this Startup Folder, there is on/y ever a single shortcut visible = Adobe Gamma = I have no idea what that is nor how it got there as I didn't put it there.

The presence of that Adobe Gamma shortcut may or may not have anything to do with the problem I am having; however, it is the only thing visible in a Startup Folder that has dozens of shortcuts.

Like I already said = EVERYTHING WORKS = I just cannot see anything to edit the contents, no matter what I have tried.

Hidden Files/Folders are visible.

How do I fix this ?

Thanks.

There are two Startup folders, so have you checked both? One is related to the logged in User and the other to All Users. From the Start Menu, scroll down to the Startup folder and right-click, and you'll see "Open" and "Open all users".

FWIW, Adobe Gamma is put there when various Adobe products are installed, such as Acrobat or Photoshop, for instance.
