For 2 different external hard drives, one of which is brand new, I have tried many times to do a complete backup of my PC. However, even after leaving the backup for sometimes 6 hours, it would always fail with the generic error "backup failed to complete". I have tried completely wiping the new hard drive I bought, but it still doesn't work. How can I get the back up to complete?? I really need to do a back up!!
