Bad Pool header BSOD

WHats causing this bsod. Its becoming an annoyance.

Here you go. Ran DM Log Collector.

Update your VIRTU LucidInterop WDDM Driver.
Update your Broadcom NetLink Gigabit Ethernet driver.
Update your Realtek High Definition Audio driver.

Run Display Driver Uninstaller(DDU)
Make sure you tick the Uninstall C:/AMD and C:/NIVIDA folders while you are in DDU when you are done running DDU install your graphics driver again. This is the guide for DDU: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/367109-display-driver-uninstaller-how-use.html

btw, Broadcom NetLink Gigabit Ethernet driver is already up to date when I went to device manager, right clicked it to update driver software.

No, no and no! You must download the drivers from Broadcoms website.

When i got to the page it has a list of downloads.

Downloaded NetLink®/NetXtreme® I Desktop/Mobile/Server (x64)(since my pc is 64 bit)

These was in the folder

How do i install or update driver with these? Im confuse.

In device manager right click the device that needs updating, choose to update the drivers from your computer and select the folder where the files are.
