Solved Bad sound and view using vlc/wmp

Could the graphiccard or any other card in this acer aspire one D257 really be this bad?
Or should i bring the pc back for a check up?

When im watching a serie, which on any other pc runs perfect, on this mini laptop it just sounds and looks awfull.
there's a cracking noise constantly.
( now its not only during a movie in vlc/wmd, youtube acts normall too)

what could it be, and more important what can i do?

Crackling noise is a common complaint in Windows 7. It can be caused by the wi-fi, video card and drivers, audio drivers, etc. There can be many causes. There are many posts on here about the noise problems (in desktops, laptops, mini laptops, etc).
