BALLOONS POPUP WANTED
A few years back I used a software that would produce
a balloon popup when the mouse passed on a file or folder in wich you could detail the use or content of any file or folder.
I would like to find this software for I found it very
practicle to help remember what the heck this file or folder is good for.
Anybody knows what software it is and where can i get it.
