Hi I'm not sure if I posted this in the right forum for this question but im going to ask anyway.

I am new at the whole bash scripting thing, but long story short i was wondering if there was a way to keep the CMD window open while it is doing its command, what I am trying to ask is if there is a script that I could insert that would keep the window from being able to be closed by the user. if that makes sense.

I don't know of anything like this. No matter what you do, the user can always click on the X to close the Command Prompt window.
