I installed Arkham Asylum on my PC a few days back, at that time I only got audio during the cut scenes, but not in the game, later my windows updated all drivers, and the audio started working, but the game started lagging, I looked for fixes and one place they asked to uninstall the graphic card drivers, and reinstall them, i did it, it stopped lagging but then again, the in-game audio stopped working, any help would be appreciated

There also appears to be a massive number of bios updates to it.

I didn't check that out at all, looks like I have a lot of downloading to do, i'll repost after finishing

Just to clarify you only need to most recent bios
you don't have to install them all.

While the driver support through windows update has drastically improved over previous versions, it's still not perfect.
There's just too many manufacturers and too many updates for them to keep up with some things.
For graphics and audio I personally suggest manual downloads from the providers of the chip/device though.

ps. just making sure on the bios. It's a risky process so I don't suggest doing it very often.
