BCM 2010: How to create report with contact history?

One report I would like to be able to generate within BCM2010, is a report of either accounts or business contacts which shows the date and type of the most recent contact. I do not see this as an option in any of the reports. Please show me how to create such a report (without having to write a SQL query...)
