Before I send my mobo and amd chip in for testing, here's my BSOD !

On average about 70% of the time on boot I get a blue screen at the windows log in as you can clearly hear in the background the welcome music. I've tried all sorts of things at first suspecting my USB 7 port hub, then testing my 4 sticks of memory, then changing out my BFG video card for BFG GTX260 card. Calling Microsoft had then pointing the finger at BFG and my drivers (all are up to date) calling BFG had then point fingers to Corsair for my RAM, emailing Corsair had them suggest testing each stick (all individual tests proved the same boot issues) then calls to MSI and AMD have proved that at least they are willing to test my components when I pull from the system and advise.
But before I do that I wanted to give the Window 7 Forum another chance as I've found this site to be amazing in it's depth of knowledge and level of help!

The good news is sometimes the system will boot on it's first attempt the bad news is sometimes it can take 2-3 even as many as 7 attempts to get past the BSOD. Once done though the system will perform well with only an occasional lock up!

Well I knew it would be a challenge and most of the tips provided I've tried. Drivers newest, roll back and back again to newest, Bios newest, changing components, removing components, cleaning with air. It sounds like I will just take AMD's and MSI's kind offer to test my components for free and then go from there. Odd as with Win XP Pro this same system sans SSD and several other components never BSOD. Only after clean installing Win 7 did this begin! Cheers and I appreciate any and all advice !

i can tell you now blue screen on start up means your vidcard is malfunctioning

try taking out the card and going through the onboard if it doesnt do it then ,there you go ussually that would be the case cause if it was anything else it simply wouldnt boot

I agree I think it has to do with the video card or driver, but I sent my old BFG in and added the new GTX260 and also tried in vain to go a hybrid set up with the on board with the card, never to be successful. Could I have a bum GTX260 card? I'll give it a go later and report back. Odd thought with my first BFG card GT9500 and the XP Pro I never had an issue with BSOD on boot. Then went to Win 7 and it started, after doing the driver shuffle I sent the BFG back and it was replaced but I had already installed the GTX260. I hate this BSOD thing it just sucks !
