Belarc advisor opening up in Libreoffice

Hello,
My Belarc advisor has started to open up in a Libreoffice document and not in the normal HTML mode.
I have uninstalled Libreoffice and reinstalled it but it is still the same.
Any ideas please how I can get this back to normal.

Cease uninstalling/reinstalling Libre Office, it is not a Libre thing, it's a file association thing.
Control Panel --> Default Programs --> Associate a file type/with a program --> find html, change from Libre to your browser, save change. You might need a restart, however, probably not.
