Best alt+tab replacement

I really like Switcher (Switcher for Windows Vista) it rearranges windows like mac os x, but uses a lot of memory. Do you know any similar alternative?

That is really ugly, im looking for something similar to mac os x, seeing all the windows in squares like:

I sort of like the 3D look provided with Win 7.



I've never had or used a Mac though so have nothing to comapre it with. The screen shot you posted looks good, but what happens when there are too many open windows?
