best battery to give longest battery life?

hi guys, i want to get a battery for my acer aspire 5315 laptop that will give me the longest possible time on the go.

what will i need 4 cell, 6 cell 12cell? which one?

ps. and i know that i can change powerplan and tweak some settings but i think a new battery would be best.

Assuming that they are all designed to fit your laptop, you need to look at the ratings. Basically, you want the one with the greatest Ah (ampére-hour) as that should last longest. Although this usually means the battery with the most cells, it doesn't always follow. Check their specifications.
