please recommend tool which is super fast and dont stop on errors for copying files from hard disk to usb drives etc

Rolbocopy.

Comes with your win 7 and has an overwhelming number of options to cover all possible scenarios.

Go to a command prompt and type robocopy /?

Don't worry. A simple robocopy c:\your desired folder Q:\your desired folder will work fine as robocopy will use all of the default settings. For a no-stop on errors I forget the option to add to command line but robocopy /? will show you.

I use robocopy, once you get use to the commands you realise it's very flexible and reliable. If you don't like using commands then I agree with Pooman about TeraCopy it's also very good.
If I copy from drive to drive I also use FreeFileSync sometimes.

Another good one is "Unstopable Copier". Have had good luck with it. Also it's a free download.

there is a reg key for your right click menu to copy or move files to folders you pic. cant remember the site that i got it from tho.

I know a few tools for copying files. Some of them are cobian, robocopy, xcopy, ntbackup and TeraCopy. You can check for more information in Google. I would be happy if I have been helpful.
