Best Wireless Channel to Use?

Which channel do you think will be best for me?
My wireless is trash, it disconnects and spikes when im gaming.
Im the first one in the picture.
In your case channel 1 should be the best channel to use but you might have better luck with channel bonding turned off. Try different channels and check the wireless speed to see which one is best.
