BestBuy pre-order Win7

Has anyone received any updates from their BestBuy pre-order of win7? At the time of the pre-order they advertised that we would receive on Oct. 22 but I have yet to hear anything from them. I checked online and order status has been in process shipping in 1-2 days, but it's been like that for the last 4-5 days.

You are correct, but if they haven't shipped yet there's no way we can have them on the 22nd.

I received my email confirmations that the orders were shipped 2 days ago (Monday 10/19/2009).

"Your order has been shipped by Ground by CanadaPost Ground."

Well, you're better off than me.

I just checked 5 minutes ago and got the reply that my order was in the process of being filled. My guess is that the order won't ship until late today or early tomorrow -- and unless it ships locally to me, I won't get it until Friday.

So, I may not be the only one who doesn't get their Best Buy pre-order on the 22nd.

Well, mine got changed to "shipped" this morning (22nd) (on bestbuy.com also got an e-mail at 5:40 AM PST). The carrier is mail express.biz or something (never heard of them) When i track it, it keeps telling me no info found. I have no idea when I'll get it, because I don't even know the origin + never had any experience with mailexpress.biz. Hopefully tomorrow for the weekend install.

It wasn't an option at pre-order time or after that. That's how I wanted to arrange it, but there was no choice to do so.

I placed 2 pre-orders back in June, and both show that they were shipped today. For me, that typically means between 3-5 business days before arrival.

Can't you see the agony in my face....It is Friday...my copy was shipped on the 21st...it sits 60 miles away in the Livonia Michigan mail room...I'm thinking of breaking in...who's with me on this??? Oh...the HUMANITY!

Well mine is in the processing center 30 miles away and I don't feel mad at all, It's just Windows man it's not gonna change your life in any way shape or form, you will just have a new task bar as far as everyday computing is concerned. How many times a day do you shut down your computer to feel the increase in booting and shutting down speed and feel good about it? Any modern hardware setup performs as good on Vista as it does on 7, maybe it will perform a bit better, but hey it's not a big deal. An extra day wont kill you! instead of freaking out go have some fun.. you were waiting 3 months since RTM to GA, 3 months and 5 days wont make a difference. Did you wake up on let's say the 15th of August and say oh nooooooooooooooooo the agonnyyyyyyyy win7 is not out yetttttttttt.. haha just chill oh and you should have paid for expedited shipping (maybe you did?) well i didn't and I might still get it today but wont be installing it till next week because I don't feel like it
