Bitlocker PROBLEMS

Please Help...

I was decrypting bitlocker my 500GB WD External HDD when the power suddenly went out. when i Turned my computer back on, Bitlocker won't run anymore and everytime i try to access my HDD, in my computer, in safe mode, in disk management or in Bitlocker management...it always hangs.

i've tried to Bitlocker repair tool, but its only compatible with windows server and vista

i've given up the hope of gettin 300GBs of my important files so i tried to format it to no avail...i can't right click the drive in my computer since it always hangs

Gettin my files would be great...but i really need to use the drive now...WHAT DO I DO?? Help Please...i'm desperate...

de/en-crypting + power outage ( or other disruption ) = gone forever.
Try booting up the Windows 7 DVD, when you get to the first screen hit SHIFT + F10.
Type is DISKPART and try and clear and format the external drive.

Next time...do not encrypt an entire 500 GB hard drive.

Also, get a UPS because it will save your PC in more ways than one.
