Black screen appears while trying to update Intel HD 3000 driver

I got a custom Laptop with the following characteristics:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit , SP1
Processor: Intel Core i3-2330M [email protected] GHz
RAM: 4GB
Graphics: Intel HD 3000 & GeForce GT540M (2GB)

So a few days ago when I tried to update the Intel HD 3000 through the Device Manager, a better version was found and started installing it. Suddenly the screen turned to black!
I turned off the laptop and booted in safe mode. I opened Device Manager again and I saw that Intel HD 3000 was replaced by "Standard VGA Adapter"...So I uninstalled it and rebooted again in safe mode and Intel HD 3000 was installed automatically. But the problem was not solved and the same would happen if I tried to update again the Intel HD card through Device Manager.
Generally I have googled very much about this problem but no results. I have downloaded the driver from Intel website to try it manually and again it fails to install.

But here is where it gets more strange:

Nvidia card is supposed to be up-to-date since when I click in Device manager to search online for drivers the message says there is not newer version. But there is not even a sign in my laptop that it is "alive". I mean that I cant even find Nvidia's control panel when I right-click in Desktop or near clock or at my Control Panel...I think thats not normal too.
So I downloaded the appropriate driver from Nvidia website, started installing it and an error appeared: "NVIDIA Installer cannot continue. You must install an Intel driver first"...

So I am again at zero.I dont think Nvidia is working at all and I cant update Intel driver.
Here are some screenshots:

System Properties
Nvidia Installer error
Dxdiag

I believe these problems affect badly the system's performance, and maybe this is the reason that my laptop has low FPS in some games or sometimes messed graphics.
I would appreciate every answer!
Thanks!

The manufacturer's drivers are older probably because my laptop is almost 3-4 years old, so probably they are outdated.

Anyways I ran this scan (took some time) and as a result "Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them". I rebooted and retried the Intel & Nvidia installers but again the same errors...
Also if you want the system scan log, I can post it.
So I believe the problem is not that I dont download them from manufacturer's site but something else!

Hello again,

I rescanned the system 4-5 times, but always with the same output. I rebooted and tried to install the drivers again but no luck...

Well, I gotta tell this....

Could all this story be because my windows are not original?
Though they are activated and can install updates.

Or this is maybe because when I formatted my Windows I used an image (backup) of my previous Windows that I had created, and I installed the devices' drivers from there?

A cracked OS can cause many problems ... If you have the Product COA Key you can do a Clean Install ...

Hmm yeah I got it. ...This is actually a good idea

If I am going to do this, probably I will do it tomorrow, cause I want to backup or create an image so I dont lose my downloads etc...and for safety of course.
