Hello,

I experienced after automatic configured updates,
Just after the reboot,
The black screen with the windows logo,
And then several white lines of text,
Refering to registry keys that are updated/processed.
After this the computer works normally and updates are
Visible in windows update.

So my question is: is the black screen with white scrolling
text showing registry entries and the like normal when certain
windows 7 updates are applied?

Thanks a lot in advance!

Hello!

Sorry for the delay! You can see how busy we are! lol.

That is absolutely normal. Any large update or service pack on Vista or 7 will cause this.

It is nothing to worry about, and it will take a fair about of extra time on the final entry.

It may look a little scary, but it is fine!
