Black Screen Error on Wndows 7 SP1

Hi Dear,

First Sorry for posting in General Discussion.

My problem is, one staff come to me and show me he cannot login in his HP 820 G3.
I press Ctrl+Alt+Del but only show Window 7 default background pic. Some time show Ctrl+Alt+Del with symbols fonts and can't do anything. I read a lot solution but not ok yet.

One big problem is user have full of data on System partition and Data partitions.
I tried with Win 7 CD to repair, but not ok.

Can you help me this problem without reinstalling Windows 7.

Welcome to the Forum.
Did you did a check disk with Win 7 CD?
I would boot from a Win PE or linux drive and save all data on an external disk
Windows 10 Recovery Tools is a very good Win 10 PE with a lot of tools.
With it you can test your disk and save the data to an external disk.
