Black screen of death after Windows starting

The computer worked just fine until yesterday morning when my PC decided to do an infinite boit loop. Bios then another screen (verifying dmi pool and those things) then Windows starting screen and then black screen 1 second, then makes the sound the PC ussualy dies when You restart and then bios again and IT was going like that over and over again so I restarted and did a startul repair and it said that If it worked Windows should boot succesfull or something like that. It restarted. Bios then another screen then Windows starting screen then...a black screen with a moving mouse cursor..
Booting into safe mode still same results
Ctrl alt delete is not working.
Ctrl shift esc is not working.
Last known good config is not working.
The thing with low resolution (640xsomething) is not working.
Tried with Windows 7 CD then repair my PC and then anything i tried from there didn't work (startul repair didn't work, I nave no system resfire filez or images)
NOTHING WORKED.
Help me please

Tried a CMOS reset/ load defaults in BIOS yet? Also run startup repair 3 times with a restart in between each.

First time I used startup repair it said "your computer was unable to start" and IT said that If It was succesful It would boot correctly and then It started with the black screen of death. The startul repair after the black screen said It was unable to found any problems and I tried the 3 times thing and unable to find any problems.

Try loading defaults in BIOS.
