Black screen of death

Hello, have a Big problem
Yesterday i booted my pc and eyyyyy only a cursor with black screen
I tried all possible fixes but Nothing worked, all steps in yt, Nothing, running in safe mode, same all f8 tasks tried, can topení task manager, Nothing im forsted up with it,
Maybe Its because i delayed last ntfs scan but idk...
Please help, i have there to many documents for reinstal it

But i can run in fix the cmd so if can be there any comand to scan ntfs OR kill the black death screen pls reply
