Black Screen on 2nd Monitor after a graphics card update

Im running Windows 7 dual monitor setup (BENQ BL2411). Which were working fine i replaced a faulty graphics card which was an Nvidia 520 GT 1 screen was connected via a DVI cable and the 2nd was connected via a VGA cable.
I changed the graphics card to an Nvidia 750Ti this does not have a VGA connection so i have bought a Displayport cable to use on 1 screen and mantained the DVI on the other.
I have checked that i have the latest driver for the card.
All im getting on the Displayport connected screen is a black screen.
When i go into the screen control panel the 2nd screen is being recognised.

Any Help would be much appreciated!

Did you change the input on the monitor from the menu buttons ?

Make sure it`s set to auto detect.
