Black screen soon after the installation of windows 7 homepremium.

Hi Techguys,

I have been struggling with my old desktop for 4 hours...as i have installed a fresh windows 7 home premium on a new Samsung 500GB hardisk, but soon after the installation when i rebooted my pc it rebooted to black screen which is never ending....i have tried installing win7 Os three times and every time the result was the same. my disk is ok as it doesn't give any error while running check disk utility on it.

Looking for your advice...

try forcing it to start in http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/69585-safe-mode.html

If that fails try running http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/681-startup-repair.html and see if it changes anything or comes back with a specific error.
Make sure the new drive is a boot device in the system bios.
