Solved black screen

Ok so i formatted my pc and so far so good
next day i open mypc bios loaded and when the windows logo play and finish the screen goes black without the cursor and all shortcuts do not work but i can hear the music of starting. Safe mode works fine any ideas what is it and how can i fix it

- Is CTRL+ALT+DEL working? Do you see explorer.exe in Task Manager? Try ending explorer.exe and restart it (if it doesn't auto-start) by clicking "new task" and entering "explorer.exe"
- Go into F8 menu while Window starts and select Last Known Good Configuration
- Does it work in Safe Mode (F8 menu again)
- Do a System Restore to a prior date before black screen started

Ctr+alt+del is not working i tried system recovery time but it failed
it works on safe mode and now i will work on f8 method




Methodwith f8 worked but i dont know for much is there another method for it maybe? If not thank you for your help

When you say F8 worked, did Last Known Good Configuration work or Safe Mode?
