Blank user box on boot log on

I have a blank user box at my boot menu. I can type in all three of my users and reach them, but i would like to know why they disappeared? I did sfc, virus scans, chkdsk and sys restore and nothing brought them back. I am stumped. Any help would be helpful. Thanks. Pia

sorry caps not working either. I am trying to fix this too.

I can't. The next day myself user was not there. So, I sent it as an iso to the FBI. And also sent the original iso. I got this from Gen2. What I saw looked like it was set up as a hacker avenue to get into many computers. I can send you their iso.
Let me know. I always do protection via virual network. And a router suggested by Mullvad Vpn. I was going a short cut.
