Del mate would be good to know what you mean by a blocked drive that is very little info to go on.

Which American football team-- never mind. What exactly is the error message you get? Is it possible to boot into Safe Mode? If not even Safe Mode, what does your BIOS report for the hard-drive?

Ok mate now do this Start > Computer > right click on Manage > click on Disk Management - this should bring up a screen like in my pic and then please send a pic of what you have. To do that see this http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/9733-screenshots-files-upload-post-seven-forums.html

Too little byte-space on hard-drive means you are going to have to do one or more of the following:
-- get a bigger hard-drive; have both OS and data partitions on that larger hard-drive
-- add an additional hard-drive and move your data folders and files onto that 2nd hard-drive
[I'm not including Users folders, that's a whole different complicated procedure which can bring more grief than joy]
this 2nd drive can be your d drive, your data drive; leaving the original hard-drive being the OS, C drive
-- uninstall any/all un-needed, un-wanted, un-AskedFor 3rd party utilities, programs, WhatFors, Whatevers, and so on; do NOT attempt removing Windows Prime services, modules, programs, etc. at this time
I was going to suggest downloading, installing, running MiniToolBox and Piriform's Speccy, however that will have to wait until you have cleared out some of your 3rd party stuff.

To all the great members who replied to me about my full hard drive problem thankyou, my younger brother solved it (hes only 64 to my 84) I wont pretend to know what he did but he did it was something to do with movies stored undetected, but Im grateful,so once again thanks every body. Del.

Yes and it might be an idea to check out duplicate files you have on the machine - you will be surprised just how many are duplicates there are - for example in pictures etc.

There are a few softwares some free that will pick through the filing system and throw up a listing of them

Edit should have said just delete the duplicates - it can take some time to do though

If the term (Blocked Hard Drive) means a hard drive you are unable to work with because of lack of free space, then their is only two thing that I know of one can do.

1. Remove data from the drive to create more free space. What one removes is up to the owner of the computer.

2. Get another hard drive that is big enough to meet or exceed your needs.

Their is no magic needed to solve this problem.
