Hi.

You dont have any minidumps in your uploaded folder.

Go to C:\Windows,find the folder with the name Minidump,in this folder find the most recent minidumps and copy paste them in desktop. Then in desktop zip this minidumps and upload them here using the attachment clip.

If the minidump folder is empty, you may need to enable minidumps by following these steps Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

Again :)

Minidumps is a specific file created from crash\bsod.

Went and created a bootable flash drive to install my updated bios but when I am
in the area where I have to select the file to load for the new bios it starts with A: for the drive and it is actually located in removable disk E: but the system says it does not recognize E: as a valid drive letter so it wont open the file to load the new update on the flash drive.. any ideas what I might be doing wrong have tried using the A: but it says invalid file name... I am listing the file name as follows
IFLASH2 /PR0071.BIO I belive that is correct.. Please any help or advise for this
to help me update my bios... Thanks all help is greatly appreciated... Steve

Try the 3rd download "PRG3110H.86A.0071.EB.EXE", it should have an automatic BIOS updater. :)
