blue screen at win7 - Driver_power_state_failure

im very upset....

ive just bought a new system .
Samsung Cream 2333T 23" Wide 8ms PVA 1:50000 1920x1080.
Gigabyte GA-PH67A-UD3 H67 CHIPSET.
Intel Sandy Bridge Core i5 2300 Socket 1155 6MB 2.8Ghz Tray.
Samsung 1TB=1000GB 7200RPM 32MB Sata F3 HD103SJ.
Transcend 4GB Kit (2GBx2) DDR3 1333Mhz Core I3 I5 I7.
LG GH22 SATA x 22 Black.
Cooler Master Hyper TX 3 Core I3 I5 I7
Sapphire ATI Radeon 6850 1GB GDDR5
Microsoft Wired Desktop 400
Cooler Master Elite 370 + SeaSonic S12II 430Watt


before i bought the system, i heard there is some problem with the chipset of the p65 - 67.
when i went down to the local store before i bought the system , the salesman told me that the problem effect only on 5%, But if u have any problem like blue screens or stuff (which isnt likely to get) ,than i should bring them the pc and they will replace the motherboard.

therefore, i pleased and bought the system.
I installed fresh win7 64bit premium and after one day of operation i got wice this blue screen and message Driver_power_state_failure:

i red this thing could be due to hardware or software problem and its not easy to define.

is it something else or its the result of the chipset problem ?

please advise before im going to burn the store down .....
