Blue screen crashing while doing minimal tasks. STOP code errors.

This has been going on for a couple weeks now, not sure what it is.
I'm not very experienced with computers, but I did manage to run and do all the tasking prepared on the main thread to give the information needed.

I keep blue-screening, at least twice a week during small minimal tasks such as AIM and firefox usage.
