Hello,

I hope someone could help me with this problem.
I already found some topics about nvlddmkm.sys problems but they always related to graphic card problem (driver not responding). It's not my case.
I only get a blue screen with nvlddmkm.sys error when trying to burn a DVD (I didn't get it when burning a CD).

I run Windows 7 64bits Home premium (installed today).
Graphic card : Nvidia GTX260 - Driver 191.07
CPU : Intel E8400 3Ghz
Ram : 4Gb DDR2

Did someone know how to fix the problem ?

BluescreenView shows it as a STOP 0x116 error - either with dxgkrnl.sys being blamed (nvlddmkm.sys is also in the stack).

This is usually a hardware error - but you can try updating your drivers - and making sure that the video card isn't overheating. Beyond that I'd suggest trying another video card.

Hi Usasma,

I updated my graphic drivers today with the lastest version 195.62 from Nvidia but I still get the same problem.

I don't see any overheating from my graphic card.
Maybe is my burner simply out of use.
I will try it into another pc to be sure.

Hi everybody,

The problem is now solved.
It came from the IDE cable. I don't know why but I changed the IDE cable and the problem was solved.

Thank you for your help.
