Welp I loaded up "Fallen Earth" for some good old waistland loving and now I am stuck in a constant blue screen of death loop. I have tried removing drivers, the game and even system restores with no luck.

Hi robbins, I don't think that installing a game could cause BSOD. If this is the case, I suggest you to disable restart after BSOD. You can find it by pressing F8 before Windows loading (I don't know the exactly name of the choice, because my Windows is localized in italian).
