Hi, I recently had alot of BSODs on my PC (about twice to thrice a day at max) and decided to seek help here. I don't know much about computers but I have attached the .zip file as required.
I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit Full retail version (installed on self-built computer)
The pc is about 3 months old (The motherboard and hard disk is about 1 month) and the OS is about 1 month old (since last installation).

(I managed to read some stuff when it blue screened but it stated something about tcip.sys and DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_EQUAL. Not sure if this helps )

Thanks in advance.

I tried using the Intel Driver Update Utility on both Internet Explorer 9 and Google Chrome but it can't seem to work. I've tried downloading it too and it still won't run.

It says that The connection to intel-drv-ws.systemrequirementslab.com was interrupted and Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): The connection was reset when I use google chrome and it's blank on Internet Explorer 9. I did refresh the page once because it was just showing "installing" for a long time.

P.s it bluescreened but showed a different .sys and error code. (Which is cpu64drv.sys)

For the Intel Driver Update Utility you need to have Java installed.

Also update motherboard chipset and bios.

And please upload the new bsod file.

Ok thank you but the latest BSOD occured when I tried running the Intel Driver Update Utility. I've attached the latest minidumps including from the last one. I do have Java installed. And I'm not sure where and how to update my motherboard's chipset and bios. I'm using the Asus Crosshair IV Extreme for my mobo.

I uninstalled System Requirements Lab and restarted my computer before attempting to install the Intel Driver Update utility. It seems to still cause the same bluescreen and on the 2nd attempt to install it, it gets stuck and shows "Installing" forever. Here's the collection of minidumps so far.

Ok,please read everything carefully!

No you didnt uninstall System Requirements Lab,uninstall it from your system because is the source of the bsod.

Go to,Start\Control Panel\Programs and Features, set it by name and uninstall all and any System Requirements Lab you find there.

Then check in C:\Program Files (x86) for the folder with the name SystemRequirementsLab and if its still there delete it.

You can safely remove it. It is installed when you do scans like CanYouRunIt which shows you what games your computer can run.So uninstall System Requirements Lab and dont run again the CanYouRunIt or anything similar!

From this amd website you can see what exactly is the Can You Run It http://sites.amd.com/us/game/technolog y/Pages/can-you-run-it.aspx (just take a look dont run it)

------------------------------------------------
In the case you just deleted System Requirements Lab folder from C:\Program Files (x86) and you didnt use the Start\Control Panel\Programs and Features. Then run the Can You Run It let it install and then use the Start\Control Panel\Programs and Features to completely uninstall and remove it from your system.
----------------------------------------------
Finish with the uninstallation ,dont try anything else and post back with the results.

I've checked my Control Panel\Programs and features and I don't see a single System Requirements Lab. Also I checked in my C:\Program Files (x86) and theres no folder called SystemRequirementsLab. I did not do anything else just like you said. I did not delete the System Requirements Lab folder. I just went to control panel and uninstalled it.

I've uninstalled norton internet security 2011, installed Microsoft Security Essentials and enabled Windows Firewall. Should I try to run Intel Driver Update Utility again? I'm afraid it might still bluescreen because of the System Requirements Lab from the site that you have to run.

Dont open or run again any CanYouRunIt from System Requirements Lab or amd websites because it will reinstall the System Requirements Lab software.Dont try to update anything from any other website.

Just try to run the Driver Update Utility.

From these websites

If you have any new crash please upload the new bsod file.

I've done as you said. But it worries me that according to the control panel, when it is installed, the file size is only 450kb. Seems corrupted.
