Blue Screen of Death ntoskrnl.exe and many more

Hi Everyone,

I purchased a new pc a couple of days ago, specs are:

(mobo. Asus P7P55D-E Pro, Processor, Intel i5 750, Ram Corsair XMS3 2x2 (1333), HDD, WD Caviar Green 1TB, GPU, XFX 5770, PSU, Silverstone SST-ST50F-ES. )

I installed windows 7 x64 on my pc and system ends in BSOD usually at cold boot after getting to the Desktop after login password, here's my dump file, please help and guide, I shall be highly obliged.

Two noteable items from the software side -

1. This UltraISO driver is old. Remove the app -
