For few days I've been experiencing BSODs while playing. The error messages spoke of files afd.sys and ntfs.sys.
Regular computer use (browsing internet, printing, using text edditors etc.) causes no such issue.

Attached are dump files collected by SF Diagnostic Tool.

You should update your graphics driver.

Here's some good instructions on how to update Nvidia drivers.

Done, but it doesn't seem to fix the problem. Uploading another dump from most recent BS in case it's needed

Enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers.
Driver Verifier -Enable and Disable
Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

   Information

Why Driver Verifier:
It puts a stress on the drivers, ans so it makes the unstable drivers crash. Hopefully the driver that crashes is recorded in the memory dump.

How Can we know that DV is enabled:
It will make the system bit of slow, laggy.

   Warning

Before enabling DV, make it sure that you have earlier System restore points made in your computer. You can check it easily by using CCleaner looking at Tools > System Restore.

If there is no points, make a System Restore Point Manually before enabling DV.

   Tip

  • If you fail to get on the Desktop because of DV, Boot into Advanced Boot Options > Safe mode. Disable DV there. Now boot normally again, and try following the instruction of enabling DV again.
  • If you cannot boot in Safe mode too, do a System Restore to a point you made earlier.

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.

Did you enable Driver Verifier?

Please remove avast and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes.

Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows

Malwarebytes | Free Anti-Malware & Internet Security Software

   Warning

Make sure you don't enable the free trial.

Run a Disk Check to scan for errors

   Note

Afterwards go into an Elevated Command Prompt (Run as administrator) and type in sfc /scannow
If it finds errors reboot and run the scan two more times

I don't have Avast. I use security essentials for some time now. Disk check showed no errors. After typing sfc /scannow, message "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service" shows up.

I forgot to add this.

Run SeaTools to see if your HDD or SSD is failing

Post back the results.

Just finished seatools scan on DOS and there were some results.
According to the information at the end of test, my HDD has failed an important diagnostic test because of sectors difficult to read. The repair was unsuccessfull.

Is there anything to be done about this, or is new hard drive neccessary?

Your HDD is failing and must be replaced.
I advise backing up any important data as it could drop dead any minute.
