Some required information:

- Windows 7 Professional 64bit
- the original installed OS on the system? - same as above
- an OEM or full retail version? - OEM
- What is the age of system (hardware)? All is aprox. 2 months old. I just built this computer. These problems were not happening until I Re-installed the OS.
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) - About a week now; I reinstalled it due to a few things I could not fix.

Update this driver

l1c62x64.sys, 6/10/2009 - Atheros L1c PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller. Update this driver from your computer manufature's website or your motherboard manufacturer's website.

Also, update your NVidia drivers. Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers

If you are running Windows Defender, download and install Microsoft Security Essentials. MSE will turn Windows Defender off and will run smoother on your system. It includes the protection of Windows Defender.

Installing MSE, turning off Windows Defender. - Burning memtest iso to dvd now.

Edit2: I used my own program to test fan speed and temps (HW Monitor) file will be attached shortly. About to start memory test.

That means your RAM is most likely fine. Prime stresses your CPU and your RAM. If Prime should no errors, it looks like your CPU is fine, too.

That is not the news we wanted to hear. Please upload your mini dump and we will take a look.

You did just right. I wanted to look at the dump to see if there was possibly a driver that could have triggered the error code 124. I did not find one. Let's start testing your hardware.

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes. Here is a good thread on Memtest: Memtest86+ Guide/How To's - Overclockers Forums

Do a CPU stress test as well, using Prime95
.

Test your temps with Speedfan
.
Read the tutorial below for instructions on how to run these tests. Memtest will take about eight hours. I suggest you let it run over night.

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/100352-cpu-stress-test-prime95.html

Run 3 separate tests, on each of the settings (Blend, Small FFTs, Large FFTs).

Post back with your results of these tests. I know you have run theses tests before; but the 124 error code indicates a hardware problem.

Yes, that is possible. I did not see an out of date printer driver in any of your dumps. An up to date driver should not cause a problem unless the driver is corrupted. That does happen; but it is rare.
