Blue Screens

Hi all,

I purchased a new desktop recently and installed Windows 7 Home Basic on it. Since then I have been receiving constant blue screens which point to Windows system processes (.dmp files attached). I took it in and they replaced the RAM, but the problem continues. Can anyone offer some insight here?

If you have a Logitech Mouse/Keyboard update its device driver from Logitech's website

Probably caused by : memory_corruption ( nt!MiIdentifyPfn+26f )

Thanks. I'll give that a try although The RAM was replaced a few days ago as I mentioned. Could it be a problem with the motherboard?

I would remove your Avast and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials

And if you are overclocking or undervolting stop. Also if you are running a RAID update the driver.

Already replaced the antivirus software and I'll make sure I'm not overclocking or undervolting. Not using a RAID.

Are the logitech products knows to cause crashes? I've changed my keyboard and mouse and haven't had any crashes ... yet.

Also, if it isn't the RAM and isn't any of the things mentioned above, what could it be?

As I mentioned above a Logitech device may be involved in the crash, you might need to update the drivers

I would suggest checking to see if your RAM is loose on the Motherboard. Some thing happened to me when I had Vista and found out the problem was due to one of the RAM cards being a bit loose.
