Hi,

I have had several bluescreens since I got my new PC a few days ago. Now I saved the *.dmp for you. Would you please give a statement?

Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor gave no hints.

Sometimes the Bluescreens appear while beeing on the desctop but also while playing games.

The PC is a complete purchased system.

Best regards,
Azodiak

If this didnt help, take it to the market where you got it.
You have a guarantee for some time... they have to fix it.

Anything can happen, that's the funny thing about programs. Avira is known to cause BSODs in Vista and 7.

All right, BSODs are no longer that often. But they are still there.
Here is another log. So Avira was not absolutely guilty:

Could that be an IRQ setting Problem?

Do you have Creative Sound Blaster sound cards?

Run System file check and tell us the result:

Open an elevated command prompt and enter sfc /scannow.

It means that the scan found no failure.
(sorry, I have the german version of Windows. It sais: "Der Windows-Ressourcenschutz hat keine Integritätsverletzungen gefunden.")

I have initialized Driver Verifier now. But what do I have to do now? The next Bluescreen appeared recently.

HM!! I updated my BIOS - no more Bluescreens since than! Can that be? An old version delivered and makes it impossible to work with that system?

Definitely, if the BIOS is not compatible with the hardware, crashes can occur.

Thanks for the report!

Usual causes: Device driver, ?Memory

atikmpag.sys was blamed in the crash dump. It is your ATi graphic card driver. When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using http://www.guru3d.com/category/driversweeper/

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

Update your directx as well:
Download details: DirectX End-User Runtime
