Okay so I am working on a clients computer for my computer repair business And Of course hes having Crashing errors.
I knew the problem was Driver related So I ran driver booster and he had 15 outdated drivers.
I updated all of them And everything ran nice and smooth Until I got a BSOD. So I opened The dump with Bluescreenview And Well.... It turns out to be one of the USB port drivers.
How would i go about resolving this?

EDIT: Attached is the correct zipped folder from the SF diagnostic tool

Really nobody's gonna try to help? Every other thread is getting attention. Good way to treat a new member sevenforums.com
Within two hours only? You should understand that people have other engagements too in their life and those are also to be attended, with a higher priority than your issue.

You need to be patient.

let me just see if i understand this correctly, you are being paid to repair a computer and are asking for our help to do so.
and as its not happening quickly enough for you you are complaining.
look on the bright side ,the more hours it takes you to get the help the more hours you can charge for.

so if you are left waiting for help until after the weekend then your bill should be a healthy one.
dont forget to thank us when you get paid.

Not getting payed to repair this pc Its a friends
I could honestly not care how long it takes Just saying most forums post the fastest and the most on new members threads to draw them in. Just saying.

OK now back to the fun part
My friends pc is running kaspersky and Ive read online that kaspersky has sometimes "set this off" But It says USB port driver So Should I try rolling back these drivers?
Ive also Not seen a case identical like this one where its The usb port driver But then the crash address is ntoskrnl.exe+75bc0

Anyway .... as all my other threads are attended, now I can see the data ..... If may be said that Kaspersky is failing for your friend/client's computer.
