Solved Bluetooth headset not working on win7

Hello, i\ve searched the google for 2 days now and cant find solution on my problem.
Before i have been able to use my JBL bluetooth headset on my Lenovo win7 laptop but due to problems i had to reinstall win7 so everything gone back to how it was before.
when i managed to get it to work i will think that i found some bluetooth drivers on google that helped but now i cant find them.
the problem now is that when i search for my BT it finds it and it installs some drivers but the "control" button isnt there and my BT is not in playable devices.

If u want more information that might help i will give it to u, i dont know right now what more to give.
i have win7 professional x64

If the language is Swedish, select from that drop-down list hårdvara ids

Cant find one named hårdvara, only IDE ATA/ATAPI, i guess it isnt that one?
(Language is norwegian -.- ) and i cant change it to english or swedish

Okey i think i found it called "Maskinvara -ID"


I just saw that above "Thinkpad Bluetooth 4.0" i have one called "Microsoft bluetooth Enumerator"

rIf i just start my headset and starts pairing , i open de bluetooth device list and search for new BT unit it finds my headset and installs some drivers but it wont pair and i dont get the "control" option.

It says:
"create shortcut"
"troubleshooting"
"Remove"
"properties"

dont ask me how or why haha but i managed to fix it i think. i now have the control option when right-click on my BT unit. and i was able to connect to my headset and i heard sounds on youtube. for some reason that i dont know i went on the drivers menu on the Lenovo homepage and downloaded this one:
