How do I blur part of an image in MS Paint?

I'm afraid MS Paint has got no extended features like blur. You can use instead a great tiny image editor called Paint.NET as well as an online editor such as sumopaint.com, which is great too.

Guess I posted a bit prematurely on this one. I see that Gimp, which I use, has several ways to blur parts of images. Thanks.
