Hi,
I have a friend who's wife was at her son's graduation to High School (I know, not really graduation, but whatever.) Anyways, the wife was taking pictures, and when it was time for her son to receive the certificate, she took a picture, but it turned out messed up (moving while snapping a shot). She got so upset as she didn't have another chance to take a shot (big audience, lots of people graduating). The wife came to me to ask if I could fix it, I said I will try. I am not sure of what to do on how to fix the picture. Could anyone help me fix it?
