ORIGINAL THREAD CAN BE FOUND HERE

Just recently I've been blue screens after I wake up my computer from sleep mode. It keeps giving me the error "Physical Memory Dump" and Windows will perform a memory dump.

I think it maybe from a program I have installed but I'm not 100% certain, listed below is the information on my computer which should hopefully help with any questions you may have.

I've also attached the Windows report, please view this attached file.

NOTICE: I've only posted software information, not HARDWARE.

Windows 7 x64
Windows 7 Ultimate
Retail Version (Technet)

Age of system: 2 years old (about)
Age of installation: October 22nd, 2009

Thanks for your help everyone.

why did you post 2 threads ?

Obvious reasons, this is the appropriate forum where my thread should've been originally posted. I was just careless and posted in the first forum I came across.
