boot-up failure

hello my PC BSOD'ed then, whenever my pc boots, it is stuck on bootscreen(w/o the logo animation) and after that, it gives me endless loop of my PC restarting. After that I tried to put in my win7 install disk but noLUCK! after booting in the CD it says "windows is loading files" then it's stuck then the PC will restart... I dont know whats happening pls help.

If you have changed any settings in the BIOS set it back to default.

It may be a help to over-write the HDD Master Boot Record (MBR) before you start any other procedure using the diskpart clean command, rather than the clean all; it takes just seconds to complete so you will have "unallocated" space to use either the Windows installer to create and format the partition(s) or use diskpart to do that, however you choose.

Did you connect/disconnect/change hardware on your PC?
Did you change any settings in your BIOS?

Unplug all periperhals and other HD's.

Reset the BIOs: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS

Enter BIOS setup to set CD/DVD drives to boot first, before HD. Then boot DVD Repair console or Repair CD, boot into System Recovery Options to run Startup Repair repeatedly.

If this fails, test your RAM for 5-6 passes or overnight: RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Next test your HD using maker's diagnostics/repair CD scan Extended Test: HD Diagnostic

If all fails, try running Factory Recovery from its partition or disks, or clean reinstall using Win7 installer: Reinstalling Windows 7

yo! thanks for all the replies, but I can declare that this problem is hardware failure cuz, after entering safemode, its suddenly HANG, and then my system restarts it doesnt even enter bios settings and continue to restart restart and restart. Looks like its my motherboard.

IF its not motherboard then, Do you have any ideas on what part of my system is at fault?

If this PC is less than a year old, use the free included tech support to resolve failure to enter BIOS setup. It may need to be RMA'd.

If not again try entering BIOS setup to reset BIOS to optimal defaults. If it fails again, try resetting the CMOS using the battery jumper method here: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS

Look on the Support Downloads webpage for the computer or mobo model to see if a newer BIOS update exists and if it can be flashed from boot. Follow steps in the ReadME file precisely or you could brick your mobo.

Try also booting the Win7 DVD Repair console or Repair CD using the one-time BIOS Boot menu key to run Startup Repair.
If you don't have DVD make a Repair CD from a Win7 computer with the same bit-version: System Repair Disc - Create

So what happens when resetting CMOS via the jumper?
