Solved boot up time

It takes 15 to 20 minutes to get to the windows.I have to keep turning the computer on and 0ff for 15 to 20 minutes.I have used all the cleaners and malware to no avail.I get up when everything is smooth and out of nowhere this happens.I guess you people are my last hope or its a new one......Please help,,I sent an attachment about the computer.

Use Clean boot,

Click Start and type in the search box,
msconfig
Click on the suggestion on top or hit the Enter key,
Go to the Startup section and take some screen shots for a complete list,
Go to the Services section and on the bottom left Check the box to Hide All Microsoft services,
Repeat the screen shots,

I downloaded Java but since I use google it doesn't work that well with it. It still comes on after a long time.Its like I said before...One day I get up and it started then. Btw,google is the fastest of all the brosers.

ThrashZone..I am very sorry but I was away.I have been operating using msconfig disabling everything and I am still just as slow as before. I have tried to boot in the safe mode but still the same thing happens.Let me say this....this computer is my wifes puter. When this laptop is warm it boots right up, If you let keep it off for while that is when the slow boot starts. I hope this gives a little more to think about

Hi,
Well first off almost everything should be tested as unchecked in msconfig
The exception would be leaving your antivirus program checked

No telling what's up could be hard drive issues or clogged up cpu cooler ?

ThrashZone....I did what you told me to do...I think. I rebooted later with these all unchecked but still the same slow waiting to get on. I went and bought spotmau but that didn't help either.I am really at a loss here. I thank you for trying to help me here.I made a boot disc,did scan disc and many other programs.just can't figure the hot boot and the cold boot

Hi Ron,
My bet is you've got an Iphone, and D/L pics.
Its more than likely its Apple/Bonjour/java, in conjuction with each other.
(Apple installs the other 2)

You could try going
Controlpanel>>Admintools>services> set them to manual.
right click on service > properties > use dropdown to select manual.
